Look it’s kitch in Cody South Dakota. 

Look it’s the Corn Palace in Mitchell. It’s decorated entirely in corn. Says something about a country’s wealth when you can afford to decorate buildings in 7 varieties of corn. They do a different display every year.

The dirt is a live archaeological dig of a Mandan village that was abandoned about 1050 AD. The dig’s a bit of a learning center for kids. They show you how archaeologists sift for finds, sort bones, etc. They also had a recreation of what a building looked like back in the day.
